Business Execution Manager
The Business Execution Manager is proactive and results-oriented individual, playing a key role in driving profitable growth for Niagara. This role requires developing and executing commercial strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction, cost efficiency and brand alignment in Niagara's Beverage business. The Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective information sharing, demand planning, contract management, order fulfillment, and receivables management is achieved and sustained.
The Manager is a member of the commercial team and collaborates closely with the other Account Leaders, Beverage Operations, Product Development, Engineering, Finance and Program Management to ensure seamless coordination between internal departments and the customer in service of satisfying the customer's service and order fulfillment expectations.
Essential Functions
- Embrace strong customer advocacy while balancing fiduciary responsibility to Niagara.
- Serve as a primary customer-facing representative for all commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to the operating model and contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Achieve annual sales performance goals across the full scope of customer accounts covered by the role.
- In coordination with the KAM/NAM, manage all engagement/communication with the customer on key business execution issues.
- Evolve and execute brand-specific commercial strategies in collaboration with the NAM/KAM and be responsible for the internal communication and alignment.
- Manage engagement and communication with customers regarding key business execution issues in collaboration with the Key Stakeholders (Customer Service, Planning, Quality, Bev Ops)
- Collaborate with internal teams including Beverage Operations, Program Management, Product Development, Engineering, and others to ensure coordination and execution of customer onboarding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, on forward-looking demand planning activities.
- Oversee contract adherence, performance metrics (MoP & ToP) and SLA-related items and the associated communications internal (clarifying expectations and requirements) and with customers.
- Partner with Finance to address invoicing, fines/fees, and payment-related issues; and manage resolution of such with the customer.
- Participate in customer entertaining/team building.
- Assist KAM/NAM in drafting and presenting ongoing customer-specific internal and external business reports.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of all customer QBRs. Participate in the necessary level of internal tactical business execution meetings to effectively represent the Commercial team on external tactical business execution meetings, as needed.
- Collaborate with customers on operational KPI/data needs and communicate internally.
- Collaborate with Bev Ops to drive strategies for revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.
