Role Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Nidec Drives as the Global Vice President, Product Management & Marketing. We are seeking a strategic and dynamic individual to lead our product vision, roadmap, and long-term growth strategy. This executive role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and senior leadership to drive market expansion, product excellence, and revenue growth.

Organisational Impacts:

The Key organisational Impacts consist of but are not limited to:

* Lead a strategic function with accountability for long-term outcomes.

* Drive the implementation of enterprise strategies across multiple departments.

* Influence major organizational decisions and manage substantial revenue-impacting areas.

* Represent the function with executive leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (master's preferred).

* Extensive Product Management or Sales leadership experience at a senior or executive level.

* Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and execute strategic initiatives.

* Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and executive level communication skills.

Key Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of Global VP, Product Management & Marketing consist of but are not limited to:

Product Strategy & Growth

* Lead the development and execution of product strategies aligned with enterprise goals.

* Identify market opportunities, emerging industry trends, and competitive insights to shape strategic direction.

* Oversee product analytics to generate insights that inform long-term planning and innovation.

Sales Partnership & Revenue Enablement

* Collaborate with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies for existing and prospective customers.

* Support pipeline creation, forecasting, and performance optimization.

* Provide strategic direction and tools that help Sales teams achieve revenue targets.

Cross-Functional Leadership

* Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of key initiatives.

* Serve as the voice of customer and field teams, guiding product and business decisions.

* Manage relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.

Strategic Projects & Insights

* Lead data-driven initiatives that support organizational growth.

* Analyse customer behaviour, industry trends, and operational metrics to support executive decision-making
