We're seeking a dynamic Executive Director of Strategic Employee & Client Communications. This senior leader is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that effectively engages and inspires employees and stakeholders across Johns Hopkins Medicine. This role will work closely with the Johns Hopkins Medicine leadership team to prioritize institutional messages and initiatives and will serve as a strategic advisor on all internal communications matters. This role is supported by directors and managers who are responsible for running the internal communications for the Baltimore based Johns Hopkins Medicine Internal Communications team as well as each Johns Hopkins Medicine hospital and business unit. Salary Range: Minimum 226,482.00/annually - Maximum 314,272.00/annually. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
