Act as the primary technical advisor to program managers, capture managers, and Army stakeholders, ensuring proposed solutions align with Army modernization priorities, acquisition strategies, and operational needs. Lead the identification and application of company core capabilities to win new Army customers, expand services across existing programs, and leverage lessons learned from prior ACAT I and DEVCOM efforts to drive discriminating technical approaches.
Provide engineering vision and governance across multi-disciplinary teams, including systems engineering, software, modeling and simulation, integration, test, and sustainment. Evaluate technical risks, guide trade studies, and make informed recommendations on cost, schedule, and performance impacts. Represent the company as a trusted engineering partner to senior Army leadership.
