The Role:

The DKCQ Busser is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both our internal and external guests. A smile, kindness, courtesy, and industry knowledge are all pre-requisites of the job. Running and serving food, bussing, assisting the food servers, and managing a clean and organized workstation are the daily responsibilities for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Smiles, provides exceptional customer service, and always treats guests and coworkers with respect.

• Fast paced position with high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.

• Knowledgeable in the products the company serves.

• Understands brand standards and customer service are what makes this position successful for the company and the team members.

• Sets and keeps the restaurants and the surrounding areas properly stocked, clean, safe, and organized.

• Serve Guest water and refill guest beverages.

• Assist restaurant servers as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1 year Runner/Busser experience in a fast-paced environment, preferred.
• Food Handler Certification, required
• High School Diploma/GED, required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Hep A vaccination on, or before, first day of work
• Must be able to work Weekends, Nights and Holidays

Target Salary Range: $15.50 per hour
