Job Summary The Senior Supply Chain Manager provides strategic, operational, and people leadership for hospital-wide supply distribution, inventory management, and point-of-use operations, including Central Storeroom, Mobile Medical Equipment (MME), and clinical supply distribution functions. This role is accountable for ensuring high availability of critical supplies and equipment, optimizing inventory investment, improving service reliability, and supporting safe, high-quality patient care across all clinical service lines. The Senior Supply Chain Manager partners closely with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and system supply chain teams to execute enterprise supply chain strategies, drive performance improvement, and advance Grady Health System's goals related to cost stewardship and supply chain resilience. The position operates within a high-reliability, data-driven model, leveraging ERP platforms, inventory management systems, and LEAN methodologies to drive continuous improvement in service, cost, and reliability. In parallel, the role intentionally develops enterprise leadership capability preparing the incumbent to assume expanded, system-level responsibility for supply chain performance and transformation as the organization grows.
