We are seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to play a pivotal role in a transformative business program. In this position, you will directly contribute to shaping how our global workforce adapts to new enterprise systems, ensuring seamless transitions and empowering employees with the knowledge they need to excel. Your expertise will be crucial in deploying comprehensive training solutions that impact thousands, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational efficiency across our global enterprise.

**Key Contributions:**

As a Training Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of our learning strategy for a significant deployment program. You will ensure that training solutions are effectively organized, scheduled, and deployed to meet program timelines and end-user needs, directly contributing to the success of our global business transformation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, manage critical learning resources, and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives, making a tangible impact on our organizational readiness and employee capabilities.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:**

* Work closely with Training Managers to support the deployment of training approaches and plans.

* Coordinate with the Global Learning System team to manage user inputs, roles, local training materials, and attendance records within the Learning Management System (LMS).

* Align with Change Management Coordinators on upcoming changes impacting training and communication needs.

* Liaise with Learning Experts and community members to address emergent training-related issues.

* Partner with business stakeholders to determine necessary training assignments and adjustments.

* **Training Planning, Preparation, and Execution:**

* Collaborate with global counterparts and site representatives to ensure the readiness of global and local training materials.

* Plan and organize training activities, schedules, and logistics.

* Facilitate briefing sessions for training facilitators to ensure preparedness.

* Execute training activities within the LMS, including curriculum creation, learning assignments, user group management, and other administrative tasks.

* Provide guidance on utilizing globally standardized templates and artifacts for training.

* **Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities:**

* Monitor learning requests for accuracy and completeness.

* Support the migration or retirement of local training materials.

* Assess data and maintain project databases.

* Report on the status of deployment training deliverables, attendance, risks, and mitigation plans.

* Track and update local training material readiness.

* Log training risks or issues and propose mitigation strategies.

* **Support and Issue Management:**

* Provide support to the hypercare team for training-related issues.

* Escalate opportunities for training improvement.

* Assist with additional administrative deployment activities as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

* **Required Skills & Experience:**

* 3+ years of experience in the preparation, development, and administration of training programs, systems, and curricula.

* Proven experience using and administering Learning Management System (LMS) platforms for online training delivery and management.

* Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively across multiple organizational levels.

* Ability to successfully coordinate and integrate multiple streams of information and logistical activities.

* Proficiency in data management and Excel, including pivot tables, vLookup, and other advanced processes.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

* Ability to work effectively across multiple international time zones.

* A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment.

* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.50 to $35 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
