**About the Role: Marketing Manager**

**Your Impact:**

As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between product development and market success. You will champion user insights, develop compelling narratives, and execute innovative campaigns that directly influence product adoption and engagement. Your strategic input will guide product development, ensuring market relevance and user satisfaction, while your leadership in campaign management will drive measurable results and contribute significantly to the overall growth and success of the product portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Act as a subject matter expert for products or features, providing input into the product and feature development process, driving market analysis, and predicting industry trends.

* Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans for regional or functional teams, prioritizing goals and defining positioning strategies to engage target audiences.

* Drive the framework development and rollout of strategies for product marketing content across various channels.

* Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new or existing ventures.

* Validate market size and opportunity, using subject matter expertise to identify market opportunities and collaborate with teams to build supporting rationales and visions.

* Understand the product and target audience, develop product positioning, and execute go-to-market plans and messages for new products and features.

* Develop user insights to help cross-functional teams incorporate user voice into product development and marketing strategies.

* Provide feedback on user experience improvements, manage in-product user experience to resolve issues, and promote user engagement.

* Drive product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategy, adapting communications to specific product voices and goals.

* Independently create and iterate marketing content, collaborating with production teams to publish final marketing materials.

* Independently determine research needs, scope, manage, and guide user research utilizing internal and external partners.

* Drive and manage medium- to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to address user needs and achieve objectives and key results (OKRs).

* Evaluate and analyze campaign performance for optimization, determining optimal channels for reaching and engaging users.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in Product Positioning

* Strong Data Analysis and Synthesis skills

* Deep understanding of Consumer Behavior

* Experience with Situational Leadership

* Proven ability in Campaign Management

* Expertise in crafting Marketing Briefs

* Skilled in Client/Partner Management/Advising

* Proficiency in Brand Management

* Strong Industry Knowledge

* Exceptional Storytelling abilities

* Comprehensive knowledge of Go-to-Market Activities
