Program Duration

Our internship program runs approximately 40 hours per week, from June 1st through mid-August.

Your Responsibilities

During your internship, you will rotate through several HR specialties such as Compensation, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, Organization Development, Employee Relations, and gain exposure to working with HR Business Partners to understand how HR strategies align with business needs.

Duties mayinclude:

  • Updating project plans and timelines; monitoring progress against deliverables.
  • Managing system and documentation workflows, including creating andmaintainingsystem change documentation.
  • Conducting human capital research onvarious topics.
  • Entering tickets into the online HR Support ticketing system.
  • Assistingwith mid-year and strategic talent review processes.
  • Conducting Workday system testing.
  • Assistingin reviewing and revising of existing training materials.
  • Participating in division and department cleanup to ensureaccurateorganizational alignment.
  • Performing other miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned.
  • Scheduling meetings and sending tasks/reminders.

Requirements

To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship.
  • Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship.
  • Currently pursuing a degreein Human Resources, Business Administration,Communications,or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strongproficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being on-site at least 2 days per week.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Familiarity with process documentation and mapping
  • Interest in organizational development and employee relations
  • Previousinternship or work experience in HR

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $22.50 - $23.50 - $24.50 Hourly

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.

Role Designation

Hybrid

Anchored in Connection

Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week - most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.
