YOUR IMPACT

As an Associate on the PWM Talent Strategy team, you will play a critical role in delivering bestinclass training and development experiences that support our advisor and professional populations across Private Wealth Management. You will manage highvisibility programs endtoend, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to broader initiatives that strengthen how we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. Private Wealth Management (PWM)

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL



  • Support execution of strategic priorities across onboarding & integration, training & development, recognition & advancement, and culture building.
  • Partner with PWM leadership, Regional Management Teams, Human Capital Management, and other functional partners on talent initiatives from ideation through delivery.
  • Analyze people data to identify trends, quantify opportunities, and inform recommendations.
  • Manage project plans, deadlines, and key tasks, ensuring strong follow through and smooth coordination across teams.
  • Help design and lead execution of training and development programs, providing seamless on the ground support for in person and virtual sessions.
  • Oversee presenter and session management, including:

    • Staffing and approval of presenters
    • Speaker outreach and confirmation
    • Scheduling prep calls and preparing materials
    • Maintaining and updating agendas
    • Drafting and distributing program communications
    • Managing Confluence pages, recordings, and resource libraries

  • Partner with the Services team to ensure flawless logistics for all in person programming, including space, catering, technology, and vendor coordination.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in HR, Learning & Development, Talent, or program/project management.
  • Experience working within or alongside HR functions preferred.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to take ownership, operate independently, and drive initiatives forward; strong stakeholdermanagement skills and confidence interacting with senior leaders and crossfunctional teams.
  • Highly organized and processdriven with exceptional attention to detail and excellent followthrough.
  • Strong projectmanagement capability with the ability to balance multiple highpriority, timesensitive initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and the ability to create highquality presentations.
  • Comfortable analyzing and manipulating people data; strong criticalthinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamoriented with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a "no job is too small" mindset.
  • Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Interest in or passion for learning the Private Wealth Management business.

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
