You are:

A Client Partner that will assume leadership several key customers. In this role you will balance business development and sales responsibilities including identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will also work with and leverage a top-notch client management and consulting team. You are responsible for all client interface and new business development.

The Opportunity:



  • Meet with client stakeholders in person as much as possible to discuss business needs, satisfaction, and identify areas for potential service enhancement
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Understand the client's business goals and IT strategies to offer relevant solutions and advice.
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan, focused on expanding service offerings and growing revenue within the account.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introducing additional services or solutions that align with client needs
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure the successful design, development, and implementation of client solutions.
  • Monitor project performance, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and address any delivery issues that may impact client satisfaction
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring their needs are represented within the organization and addressed by internal teams. - Manage client feedback processes, handle escalations, and proactively resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Create and manage relationships across a variety of stakeholders including technical leads to the C-Suite - both business and IT to drive relevant and meaningful new business opportunities and growth
  • Global Delivery Management Ownership (offshore and onshore) to address all people or infrastructure related issues that may be affecting the delivery of projects in your portfolio


What you need:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in client-facing roles within the IT services industry preferably in IT, with a background in account management, consulting, or service delivery
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proven experience in growing account revenue and managing large accounts
  • Solid understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and delivery teams


Bonus Points if:



  • You have experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts for Fortune 500 clients
  • You have familiarity with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • You have significant business development experience



Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $148,000-222,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for , dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
