Description
The Vice President of Operations (VP of Ops) is a senior operations leader responsible for overseeing project execution and operational performance within an assigned Business Unit. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Business Unit Leader (BUL), this role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment to the highest quality standards while driving operational efficiency and profitability. The VP of Ops will provide leadership across multiple projects, focusing on operational consistency, risk management, team development, and client satisfaction. The VP of Ops supports Business Unit profitability and growth while aligning execution with enterprise-wide processes and best practices. CWC Leadership Competencies:

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
This position regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above and below shoulder level. The employee may occasionally be required to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Work may be performed in office and active construction-site environments. Construction-site work may involve exposure to heavy equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, hazardous materials, uneven surfaces, and varying weather conditions. Required personal protective equipment must be worn when applicable. Compensation and BenefitsIn accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is $175,000-$225,000 annually.
