IT Auditor:

Job Profile Summary: Under general supervision, key contributor on the planning and execution of information systems audits and special projects.

Job Description:

Essential Functions

  • Analyzes smaller projects and provides support for larger projects.
  • Typically works in tandem with other groups to develop plans, resolve business issues, and provide concise recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, or related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • Two (2) years IT audit or directly related experience; (i.e., information systems analysis/development or security administration).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Cobit, control standards, evaluation of internal control environments, diverse computing environment and architecture, including Unix, mainframe, client-server, network, and personal computers.
  • Familiar with disaster recovery planning, application and system development life cycles, physical and operational security controls, automated assessment tools, and reporting, as well as security management, and best practices.
  • Proficient in CAAT applications using ACL, SQL, MS Access or MS Excel or other similar tools.
  • Strong human relations, analytical, and oral and written communication skills. Potential for frequent extended North American and international travel.

  • Interacts with diverse audiences.
  • Sought out consultant by internal customers.
  • Assists in the development of less senior staff.
  • Prepare formal reports related to results of information system audits and special projects for distribution to executive management, and the audit committee of the board of directors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, or related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • Five (5) years IT audit or directly related experience; (i.e. information systems analysis, development or security administration).
  • Supervisory/project lead experience.

  • Routinely leads and manages multiple business plan and/or special projects.
  • Effectively interacts with executives on a routine basis, and/or is assigned as an informal leader, coach, or mentor to less senior staff.
  • May represent IT Audit management at meetings or functions.
  • May provide presentations or act on behalf of IT Audit management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, or related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • Five (5) years IT audit or directly related experience; (i.e. information systems analysis, development or security administration).
  • Supervisory/project lead experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Supervisory/project lead experience.
  • Knowledge of COBIT security and control standards, diverse computing environments and architecture including UNIX, mainframe, client-server, network and personal computers, disaster recovery planning, application and system development life cycles, physical and operational security controls, automated assessment tools and reporting, security management.
  • Proficient in CAAT applications using ACL, SQL, MS Access, or MS excel, or other similar tools.
  • Strong human relations, analytical, oral, and written communications skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.

Job Conditions:

  • Moderate travel required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cybersecurity as a plus, project leadership experience - preference for audit projects

Pay: $5,662.27 USD/month - $14,368.63 for all three jobs listed

Additional Details: The desired location for this position would be Collierville, TN. This position may be eligible for relocation.
