Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced ERP Analyst II to join us in a full-time capacity.



Location Requirement:


This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. We are open to hiring in any Segra office location.



Role Overview:


The ERP Analyst II supports, optimizes, and enhances the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role partners with business leaders to translate operational needs into system configurations, develops and delivers user training, and collaborates with IT for system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance cycles. The ERP Analyst also provides reporting and analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making across the supply chain and purchasing functions.



Qualifications




  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field).




  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with an ERP system is required.
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred.
    • Background in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, or IT support helpful.




  • Key Competencies:


  • Technical expertise, Debugging skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into ERP system configurations.
  • Skilled at delivering employee training, both 1:1 and group formats.
  • Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in building and running system reports; comfort with data analysis tools.
  • Microsoft certifications (Dynamics, Power Platform) are a plus.

Salary Range: $74,340 - $92,925
