Join Our Team as a Proposal Specialist Are you detailobsessed, deadlinedriven, and energized by turning complex information into winning proposals? We're looking for a Proposal Specialist to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in helping our sales organization win new business. In this role, you'll be the engine behind our proposals-leading the RFP process, collaborating with experts across the organization, and delivering polished, compelling, and compliant responses that make us stand out. What You'll Do As a key member of the team, you'll own and drive the proposal and RFP process from start to finish in a fastpaced, deadlineoriented environment. Your responsibilities will include: * Lead and manage the endtoend RFP, RFI, and proposal response process * Partner closely with Sales to support active opportunities and ensure proposal success * Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Underwriting, and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and timely content * Respond to detailed questionnaires related to our business, insurance products, and services * Leverage our Salesforcebased playbook and knowledge library to deliver consistent, highquality responses * Develop final proposal documents and presentations that are compliant, competitive, and compelling * Ensure accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail across all deliverables * Work extensively in Excel to input, format, and manage questionnaire responses (typing, copying, and pasting) Skills & Experience That Set You Up for Success Required / Preferred Experience: * 2+ years of experience preparing proposals, RFPs, and RFIs (preferred) * Experience in insurance, proposals, or highly regulated / detaildriven environments strongly preferred * Experience in roles such as Proposal Analyst, RFP Specialist, or Proposal Coordinator Technical Skills: * Proficiency with Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Excel, and Adobe * Strong ability to work with structured content libraries and standardized response tools What Makes You a Great Fit You're someone who brings: * Exceptional attention to detail and strong criticalthinking skills * Comfort working with complex language and technical information * The ability to juggle multiple deadlines without losing accuracy * A proactive mindset-you look for ways to improve efficiency and outcomes Why This Role Matters You won't just be filling out questionnaires-you'll be shaping how our company is presented to prospective clients. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
