Book keeper

Saeilo Enterprises is looking for a full-cycle book keeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. The qualified candidate must be able to work unsupervised, meet deadlines, have familiarity with Quick Books Online, and perform full-cycle book keeping duties.

Responsibilities:

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Perform month-end closings
• Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

o 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
o Proficiency in Quick Books Online
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
o Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
