PRODUCTION COORDINATOR A

GENERAL FUNCTION: Performs semi-routine general tasks for department/plant. Provides Administrative support as needed. Works under the supervision of Superintendents and/or Managers.

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities

Performs special tasks as directed by superintendents and/or managers.

Log and maintain time and material sheets on special jobs as directed.

Performs cross functional duties as assigned

Compiles and records production data to prepare records and reports on volume of production, quality control and other aspects of production.

Assist in preparation of reports for various levels in the organization

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Knowledge of office procedures and equipment. Ability to interact with company personnel at different levels of the organization. Verbal and written communication skills applicable to department requirements. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software with an intermediate to advance knowledge of excel. Experience with data analytics and presenting data to stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent, and 3 years' experience working in a professional office environment or Interdepartmental collaboration.
