What to Expect Tesla is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to recruit for our Construction, Facilities Engineering, and Architectur & Engineering teams. We hire the talent responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the "machine that builds the machine." Recruiting at Tesla is challenging; hiring timelines are often compressed but the work is exciting and impactful to our mission. This role is 100% onsite at our Gigafactory in Austin, TX.
