The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking aGraphicDesignerwith 2-3 years ofgraphicdesign and print production experience to join our dynamic marketing and design team. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. You will develop your skills and professional experience as you work closely with theAssociate Director of Marketing and theCreative Director to develop print and digital assets that enhance the resort's branding, promotions, and guest experience.

• Assistin designing and producing print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, menus, signage, and advertisements.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines andmaintaina consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Prepare andoptimizefiles for print production, ensuring high-quality output and proper color management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and print vendors to ensureaccurateproduction specifications andtimelydelivery.
• Assistwith photo editing, retouching, andresizing formarketing materials.
• Support the marketing team with social mediagraphics, web assets, and email marketing visuals as needed.
• Stay up to date with design trends, printing techniques, and resort marketing strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• 2-3 years of experience ingraphicdesign, with a focus on print production.
• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Project Management Software, such asAsanaor Trello
• Strong understanding of print production processes, color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Experience preparing press-ready files and working with print vendors.
• Knowledge of digital design for social media andwebis a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Hospitality, resort, marketingagencyor luxury brand experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of motiongraphics, video editing, or HTML/CSS is a bonus.
• Experience with photography or photo manipulation is an advantage.
