You'll be responsible for keeping shifts smooth, teams sharp, and the whole operation running like a machine. Sound like you?

What's Required:



  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5 years of warehouse or logistics environment with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) required; Davinci preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Forklift certification required
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in multi-shift operations preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects under deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Solid math and technical skills
  • Proactive problem-solving ability


Job Description



  • Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping
  • Train, supervise, evaluate, and assign duties to warehouse associates
  • Conduct shift meetings to communicate updates and engage employees
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free
  • Enforce safe equipment operation and coordinate preventive maintenance
  • Maintain working knowledge of all operating systems related to the work area
  • Provide leadership to build and maintain a strong workforce
  • Diagnose workflow issues and coordinate solutions with the team
  • Monitor performance and partner with HR on disciplinary actions when needed
  • Manage employee schedules and staffing levels
  • Ensure project scope changes are documented and approved
  • Monitor quality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage time and attendance records for warehouse employees
  • Complete assignments efficiently within established timeframes
