Summary:
The Social Worker LCSW role works closely with primary care providers and other care team members to integrate behavioral health into the overall care strategy. This role involves direct patient therapy, crisis intervention and coordination of community services/resources.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Master's Degree in Social Work from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work education required.
  2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Social Work license required.
  3. Experience: Experience providing therapeutic services to patients with chronic medical issues required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
