Key Responsibilities
  • Become a Talent Magnet:Design and deploy creative strategies to attract and retain elite engineering talent in a competitive market.

  • Cultivate the Next Generation:Build our talent pipeline from the ground up by launching mentorship programs, early talent initiatives, and strategic university partnerships.

  • Drive Business Success:Act as a trusted advisor to our Sales and Operations leadership, aligning your innovative HR strategies directly with our ambitious business goals.

  • Shape Our Culture:Enhance our onboarding and training programs to create an unparalleled employee experience and ensure a compliant, high-performance environment.

  • Champion Data-Driven Results:Use your analytical skills to transform HR metrics into actionable insights that reduce turnover and improve team stability.

Required Education & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience. Experience supporting sales and operations teams, which plant human resources experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR Laws, compliance, and best practices.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
