We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist who brings authenticity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset to our supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, manufacturingfocused environment and is excited to contribute to continuous improvement across material flow, production support, and order fulfillment. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily supply chain activities including material management, inventory control, and production planning to support manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional partners-including Operations, Manufacturing, and Procurement-to ensure efficient inbound and outbound material flows.
  • Support the configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of supply chain systems, including Oracle Fusion SCM, to maintain agile, reliable processes.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive innovative, customercentered solutions.
  • Assist in the integration and alignment of supply chain activities with internally developed MES systems, ensuring accurate data flow and operational transparency.
  • Partner with functional groups to assess needs, document requirements, and help prioritize supply chain enhancements.
  • Participate in testing, training, and deployment of supply chain tools, reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and workflow automations.
  • Provide responsive, accountable support for daytoday supply chain issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production teams and customer deliverables.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of supply chain best practices, Oracle functionality, and manufacturing operations to support continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, production planning, or related manufacturing operations.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and understanding of supply chain processes such as MRP, BOM, planning, and material flow.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customercentric mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with accountability for deadlines and accuracy.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience with MES systems or digital manufacturing tools (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, FactoryTalk, Proficy).
  • Exposure to KPI dashboards, analytics tools (Power BI), or workflow automations (Power Automate).
  • Experience supporting system integrations or ERP enhancements.
  • Familiarity with discrete manufacturing processes and material flow optimization.
