Job Description
Sales Counter Support Technician

  • Support deployment of new computers.
  • Provide centralized phone support from Appliance Park.
  • Printer setup and configuration.
  • Validate VPN functionality.
  • Transfer and validate user data.
  • Support Wi-Fi access points and wireless devices.
  • Track support provided.
  • Windows 10 and Core Image support.
  • End-user training.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Dell and Lenovo certified (Forum/SDS roles).
  • Dell and IBM certified or comparable experience (Sales Counter role).
  • A+ certified or comparable experience.
  • Minimum three (3)+ years deskside support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows XP/7/10 environments.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 (Sales Counter role).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive troubleshooting mindset.
