General Description: This full-time position will provide analytical, reporting, and operational support to the Wealth Management team, working closely with the Chief Investment Officer and Houston-based client-facing officers. This role supports portfolio management activities, investment research, and client reporting while helping ensure timely and accurate delivery of information to clients and executive leadership. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of client performance reports, financial statements, and presentation materials, as well as compiling data for internal and board-level reporting. This role will also support client service requests, assist with marketing and presentation materials, and provide backup support to the Lake Jackson Wealth Management operations team as needed. Skills and Characteristics for Applicants: The qualified candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required to support reporting and documentation needs. The role requires the ability to compile and organize financial and client data, prepare reports, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a collaborative approach when working with investment professionals, client-facing officers, and operations staff. Professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion are essential. Educational and Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in finance, business, accounting, economics or a related field. The qualified candidate should have relevant experience in banking, financial services, or administrative support, including exposure to financial data, reporting, or client service functions. Experience supporting investment or wealth management teams is preferred.
