As a Security Officer - Entry Control in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, verify badges and visitor access, and monitor activity to help reduce security-related incidents. You will stay visible, conduct routine patrols, and document events using a computer and/or tablet while delivering customer-focused support to tenants, guests, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access to the property by checking identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes, maintaining entry logs and directing authorized guests to appropriate locations.
• Monitor cameras, alarms and other access control systems, report irregular activity and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with site management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking areas and perimeter points. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
