Salary: $35.71 - $38.46/hr Position Summary: Under the direction of the Community School Director or their designee, the Student Resource Coordinator is responsible for the social emotional learning (SEL) initiatives and supports for the community school. The Student Resource Coordinator is responsible for identifying, providing, and overseeing the tiered (tier 1,2, and 3) mental health and social emotional learning interventions and services to children, adolescents and their families within the CS 61 community. The student resource coordinator will be responsible for using various social work methods to support the community, including individual and group counseling, along with whole-school initiatives for students and staff to provide awareness and promote preventative SEL skills. The Student Resource Coordinator is an integral part of the community school team and is responsible for collective implementation of the Essential Community School Framework and the school's mission to help all students thrive.

Masters of Social Work (preferred)
Bachelors (required) Experience
Experience working effectively with children, adolescents and families from a wide range of cultural, social and economic backgrounds. (preferred)
