We are seeking a full-time Web & Systems Developer to join our team.



Role Summary

The Web & Systems Developer designs, develops, and maintains web applications, websites, and enterprise solutions in support of a federal customer environment. This role supports content management systems, automation tools, data visualization solutions, and digital collaboration platforms while helping ensure secure, reliable, and user-friendly system performance.



What you will be doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain web applications, websites, and web-based services using dynamic and static interfaces.
  • Implement full-stack capabilities using HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, PHP, SQL/MySQL, AJAX, Bootstrap, JQuery, SASS, TypeScript, and related frameworks.
  • Develop and administer CMS platforms including Joomla!, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Concrete5.
  • Engineer Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, PowerQuery) to automate business processes.
  • Establish and maintain DevSecOps pipelines and source control using Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps; manage artifacts and release hygiene.
  • Develop AI-enabled capabilities including LLM-assisted workflows and bot solutions, integrating APIs while adhering to security constraints.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint pages and content using web parts; administer permissions/groups; implement workflows and maintenance procedures.
  • Perform web content reviews/audits for relevance, accuracy, and compliance with regulations/policy; remediate findings.
  • Design and implement compliant links/integrations with other federal websites.
  • Assess emerging technologies for relevance to existing environments (software standardization, configuration and site structure assessments) and recommend upgrades.


What we need from you

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Technically qualified personnel who can understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft 365 applications to produce required documentation (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Access).
  • Software experience with MS 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, VS Code, Xcode, and PowerQuery.
  • Experience with AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs) and bot creation.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and/or industry-standard design tools.
  • Ability to implement and sustain secure, efficient, user-centric digital solutions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Desired:

  • Experience implementing accessibility standards, including Section 508 and other electronic and information technology (EIT) accessibility requirements.
  • Familiarity with RMF/STIG-aligned secure development practices (role-appropriate).
  • DoD 8140/8570 baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) or equivalent; cloud/app security certs a plus.
  • Microsoft/Azure/Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900/PL-200/PL-400, AZ-204).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study; OR five (5) years of Web and Systems Development related experience.

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret security clearance preferred.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • In accordance with federal government security clearance requirements, U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • This position is primarily performed on-site at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
  • Limited telework may be permitted only if authorized and consistent with contract requirements.
  • Work is generally performed during standard business hours, with occasional after-hours support based on customer needs.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support customer needs at other locations.
