We are seeking a full-time Information Technologist (IT) I - Information Management Officer (IMO) to join our team.



Role Summary

Provides Tier I-II enterprise endpoint and user support within a Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environment. Responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software incidents, supporting Microsoft Intune-managed endpoints, and implementing account/permission controls to maintain availability and security of enterprise IT systems.



What you will be doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provide client support for users on Microsoft Windows network operating systems in a Microsoft Intune environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware/software issues, including OS, applications, peripherals, and drivers.
  • Perform PC imaging, provisioning, and configuration for Windows endpoints.
  • Support connectivity troubleshooting across LAN/WAN/Internet environments; apply advanced TCP/IP fundamentals in incident resolution.
  • Configure and troubleshoot remote printers and automated email systems.
  • Implement systems security tasks including password management, user/group account administration, and file permission attributes.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues remotely with speed and accuracy; document root cause and remediation.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users across all organizational levels.


What we need from you

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Technically qualified personnel who can understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft 365 applications to produce required documentation (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Access).
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues and end-user problems.
  • Knowledgeable in PC imaging, connectivity, remote printer setup, and email system troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting DoD end-user computing environments and/or security-controlled networks.
  • DoD 8140/8570 baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) when required for privileged access.
  • ITIL Foundation familiarity.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or technically related field; OR three (3) years of technically related field experience in desktop support or network administration.

  • Minimum two (2) years of client support experience in a Microsoft Windows-based environment.

Certifications:

  • Must obtain and maintain appropriate Computing Environment (CE) training for supported operating systems and/or security tools/devices.

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret security clearance preferred.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • In accordance with federal government security clearance requirements, U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • This position is primarily performed on-site at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
  • Limited telework may be permitted only if authorized and consistent with contract requirements.
  • Work is generally performed during standard business hours, with occasional after-hours support based on customer needs.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support customer needs at other locations.
