We are seeking a full-time Computer System Analyst III (Audio Visual Systems Engineer) to join our team.



Role Summary

Serves as the technical authority for the architecture, engineering, integration, commissioning, and sustainment of AVL-VC systems across small and large facilities. Leads complex system design and implementation efforts involving DSP, control systems, digital projection, and enterprise display technologies, ensuring performance, maintainability, and supportability in a complex federal environment.



What you will be doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Engineer end-to-end AVL-VC solutions including requirements decomposition, system design, equipment selection, and integration planning.
  • Lead installation oversight, configuration, testing, commissioning, and sustainment of control systems, DSP, digital projection, and display technologies.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of signal routing, control logic, DSP tuning, and interoperability across heterogeneous AV subsystems.
  • Interpret and validate architectural plans and schematic line drawings; translate drawings into implementation packages.
  • Develop technical documentation for system operations, sustainment, and lifecycle refresh activities.
  • Support modernization initiatives and identify necessary changes to upgrade systems and services.


What we need from you

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Technically qualified personnel who can understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft 365 applications to produce required documentation (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Access).
  • Ability to read and understand architectural plans and schematic line drawings.
  • Excellent visual acuity and hearing.

Desired:

  • Advanced manufacturer certifications (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, AMX).
  • Experience supporting secure audiovisual environments, command spaces, or similarly sensitive facilities.
  • DoD 8140/8570 baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) when required for privileged access.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is desired but not required.
  • Equivalent advanced experience in audiovisual systems engineering, integration, and sustainment will be considered.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience with design, development, implementation, installation, operations, and sustainment of AVL-VC systems.
  • 10+ years of verifiable DSP, digital projection/display, and control systems installation/operations experience.

Certifications:

  • InfoComm/AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) required and must remain current.

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret security clearance preferred.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • In accordance with federal government security clearance requirements, U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • This position is primarily performed on-site at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
  • Limited telework may be permitted only if authorized and consistent with contract requirements.
  • Work is generally performed during standard business hours, with occasional after-hours support based on customer needs.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support customer needs at other locations.
