Description
The LSC Production Operations Specialist has knowledge of commercial and consumer lending operational processes sufficient to proactively plan, analyze, coordinate related department operations, and direct the resulting resolution with minimum supervision. Under the direction of the LSC Production Operations Manager, provides support in the development, implementation, and administration of critical projects, processes, and systems for the Loan Service Center (LSC). Serves as an operational liaison with LSC business partners, such as Commercial Operations, Retail Operations, Product & Strategy, Support Operations Team, and other key business partners. Positively supports the LSC leadership team and leads through philosophy and policy changes. Essential Functions

Compensation: $26.63 to $39.94 per hour The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
