As a Screener with Allied Universal at a leading tech and telecom location, you will welcome employees and visitors while conducting entry screening, access control, and security-related checks. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a high-traffic technology location.
• Screen and/or verify employee, visitor, and contractor credentials, confirm appointments as required, and direct individuals to the appropriate check-in process and designated areas.
• Operate screening and access control equipment and systems, document exceptions, and escalate concerns through the established chain of command to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear communication, timely notifications, and accurate written reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, monitor for irregular activity and/or hazards, and coordinate with site contacts and/or public responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
