Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location with primarily driving patrols. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, respond to calls for service, and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with a professional customer service approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and the building perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Control access and monitor for unusual activity by observing entrances, loading areas, and other designated points, completing required documentation and/or reports.
• Assist property management and/or building staff with security-related requests, such as directing visitors, providing information, and supporting incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
