Position Overview A well-established automotive services organization is seeking a Title Clerk to support high-volume processing of vehicle titles for online auction sales. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll begin by learning foundational tasks such as matching titles to bills of sale and organizing documents alphabetically. Over time, you will be trained to receive titles into internal systems, stamp/assign titles, and prepare them for shipment. This is a non-phone position with a strong focus on accuracy and document handling. Key Responsibilities * Process approximately 2,500 vehicle titles per day as part of a structured team workflow. * Match physical titles with bills of sale and sort by dealer name. * Alphabetize and organize large volumes of documents. * Receive titles into a computer system. * Stamp, assign, and ship automotive titles. * Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment. Top Skills & Qualifications Required: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. * Strong attention to detail and accurate alphabetizing skills. * Fast learner with strong work ethic and reliability. * Positive attitude and openness to coaching. Preferred (not required): * Auto title experience. * Auto finance, automotive customer service, or mailroom background. * Fast typing/data entry skills. Work Environment * Fully on-site Monday-Friday. * 1-hour lunch break + two 15-minute breaks. * Smart casual dress code; comfortable shoes recommended. * Optional overtime available. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
