We are currently seeking a BSA Analyst join our Compliance team. This role is an integral part of Emprise Bank's Compliance department by supporting the BSA capability and process administration.

Essential functions of the role:



  • Review alerts generated from transaction monitoring systems and reports, analyze the activity detected, and determine whether an inquiry or investigation is warranted.


  • Maintain accurate records of review outcomes and escalation decisions to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.


  • Inspect Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) details completed by branch personnel for accuracy and review daily currency reports to ensure CTRs are completed and filed for all reportable transactions.


  • Review 314(a) and OFAC screening results to resolve false hits and to report and investigate any true matches.


  • Assist in Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Beneficial Ownership compliance, ensuring all required documentation is collected and maintained.


  • Collaborate with the BSA team, front line, and operations staff to implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and maintain adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.


  • Provide general administrative support for the BSA department, including reporting, documentation, and tracking of compliance activities.


  • Maintain proficient knowledge of the rules and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC.


  • Assist with conducting BSA, AML/CFT, and OFAC training presentations and exercises as needed.


  • Perform other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job.



Requirements



    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.


    • Knowledge of financial products and services preferred.


    • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking ability.


    • Ability to work cooperatively with other co-workers regardless of personality, presence, or communication style.


    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple responsibilities.
