This role will be accountable for the effective, efficient, and agile delivery of data products - from technical requirements, to development (on Nexus/Google EDP to start and on future platforms/tools TBD), testing, delivery, warranty, enhancements and maintenance. This role will also be accountable for identifying dependencies and coordinating with the relevant teams (governance, silver layer/source data teams, and other teams as needed). The Senior Manager will, at a minimum, lead a core full stack development team but may also, as needed, support additional scrum teams based on demand and funding availability. The Senior Manager aligns technical delivery with business objectives, drives operational excellence through process improvement, and fosters a culture of innovation and accountability. This leader acts as a key partner to business stakeholders, managing expectations, risks, and resources to deliver high-quality solutions that support DaVita's mission.
