Position Title: Bilingual Production Supervisor
Salary: $80,000-$85,000/year Shift: 2nd Hours: 3pm-11pm We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment and is eager to grow within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, leading production employees, and ensuring all products are produced efficiently while maintaining strict food quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate and coach team members to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This is a direct hire opportunity in Ixonia, WI. Bilingual Production Supervisor Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Supervise and direct production employees during 2nd shift operations - Delegate daily assignments to Production Workers to ensure efficient workflow - Ensure products are properly packed and completed in a timely manner - Verify that production employees perform inspections for each order in accordance with quality control standards and order requirements - Ensure production equipment setups are completed correctly and on time - Report equipment malfunctions or operational issues to the appropriate personnel - Confirm that materials required for each order are available, properly prepared, and order materials as needed - Manage personnel-related matters for Production Workers, including coaching, guidance, and performance support - Maintain compliance with all food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines - Track production activity, document reports, and communicate updates using Microsoft Office tools - Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on productivity and continuous improvement Bilingual Production Supervisor Requirements: - Bilingual in English and Spanish - 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment - Experience in food, chemical, or packaging manufacturing strongly preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment veronica.garcia@qpsemployment.com IND103 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
