Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $19-$22/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 5am-1:30pm Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-12am Monday-Thursday We are looking for a skilled Robotic Welder and CNC Operator with a strong welding background to operate and maintain robotic welding systems and CNC machines. Responsibilities include machine setup, part inspection, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality production. If interested, please apply with an updated work history. Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate and monitor robotic welding systems for consistent weld quality - Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications - Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic and CNC equipment - Adjust welding programs and machine settings as needed - Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately - Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards - Use manual welding skills for touch-ups and special projects as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet production goals Machine Operator Requirements: - Ability to stand for entire shift - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Previous experience as a Robotic Weld Machine Operator or CNC Machine Operator - Attention to detail and safety-orientated - Good attendance is a must kcmoresume@qpsemployment.com IND060 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
