Position Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift

Position Summary: The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling high-quality LED lighting products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Assembler Responsibilities: - Assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications - Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently - Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality - Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines - Maintain accurate production records and documentation - Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns - Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards) - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Requirements for Assembler: - Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred - Previous retail or fast-food restaurant experience preferred - Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical documents - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Basic math and measurement skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to stand for extended periods - Frequent use of hands for assembling small components - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed IND010 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
