We're looking for a Commercial Electronic Banking Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with customers, internal teams, and technology partners to deliver exceptional digital banking experiences.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be a key driver behind our commercial digital banking services, ensuring customers successfully adopt and use our electronic treasury solutions.

Your day might include:

Supporting & Empowering Customers

  • Serve as a primary liaison between commercial customers and internal operations, treasury, and technology teams.

  • Provide high-level technical support and onboarding assistance for electronic banking and treasury solutions.

  • Guide customers through complex implementations and help them maximize the value of our digital tools.

Implementing Powerful Treasury Solutions

  • Design and manage detailed implementation plans for services such as:

    • ACH Origination

    • Wire Transfers

    • Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)

    • Positive Pay & Account Reconciliation

    • Integrated Payables

    • Commercial Purchase Cards

    • Merchant Services & Expense Management

Driving Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate daily workflows and ensure critical deadlines are met.

  • Analyze technical reports and recommend process improvements.

  • Assist with new product rollouts, upgrades, and testing for business and treasury digital services.

Protecting Customers & the Bank

  • Help review fraud, dispute, and error claims related to electronic services.

  • Identify fraud indicators and support risk prevention efforts.

Creating Better Tools & Training

  • Develop onboarding checklists, troubleshooting guides, and training resources.

  • Provide coaching and support to internal teams on digital banking solutions.

What You Bring Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience
  • 5+ years in financial services, including 3+ years in Electronic Banking, Treasury Management, or Card Services.

  • Military education or experience may substitute for education or work experience.

Bonus Points

Accredited Automated Clearing House Professional (AAP) certification preferred.
