WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: This role is ideal for a handson maintenance leader who enjoys developing people, improving reliability, and keeping critical manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.
Contribute to the reliability and performance of the facility by delivering a customerfocused approach to property maintenance, building systems, and facility services across the Anoka campus. Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team by supervising electricians and maintenance technicians, coordinating daily work, and partnering with external vendors to ensure repairs and preventive maintenance are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Ensure uptime of critical systems by supporting the operation, maintenance, and longterm reliability of major building, safety, and security systems. Be a visible leader in safety and compliance by partnering closely with the EH&S team to support environmental, safety, and energy compliance initiatives. Coach, mentor, and performancemanage your team by setting clear expectations, building accountability, and fostering engagement and continuous improvement. Collaborate across the site by working closely with manufacturing, engineering, EH&S, and other departments to prioritize work, coordinate workflows, and lead maintenance and improvement projects. Drive structured maintenance execution by using CMMS tools to plan, track, and improve maintenance activities while balancing daily priorities and longerterm initiatives.
YOU HAVE:
Postsecondary education such as an Associate's degree, trade school certification, or military technical training preferred. Strong electrical knowledge or background (highly preferred), with the ability to support troubleshooting and system reliability. 2+ years of peopleleadership experience, with ability to hire, train, coach, develop, and evaluate team members through clear expectations and ongoing feedback. Experience working in a fastpaced manufacturing environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and operational needs. Handson experience using a CMMS (Maintenance Connection preferred) to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset reliability. Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, safety guidelines, and maintenance documentation.

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $76,000.00 - $141,100.00
