We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program / Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex, regulated, datadriven initiatives. This role leads largescale programs spanning multiple technology and business teams, ensuring commitments are met on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory, privacy, and contractual requirements.

Operating with limited oversight, this role drives execution rigor, proactively manages risk, and serves as a trusted delivery partner to product, engineering, compliance, and business leaders.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
Program & Project Execution:

  • Lead endtoend planning and execution of complex, multiworkstream technology and data programs
  • Define and manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, and integrated delivery plans aligned to business priorities and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate work across product, engineering, data, operations, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution
  • Apply established project and program management methodologies to drive predictable, highquality delivery outcomes

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management:

  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and crossteam dependencies
  • Develop and execute mitigation plans; escalate risks appropriately when they extend beyond span of control
  • Incorporate risk monitoring, metrics, and governance into program planning and execution

Regulatory & Compliance Delivery:

  • Manage and support programlevel regulatory, privacy, security, and certification obligations
  • Coordinate required applications, attestations, renewals, audits, and compliance reporting activities
  • Partner with legal, compliance, privacy, and security teams to ensure alignment with approved regulatory intent and contractual constraints

Delivery Quality & Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive disciplined execution to ensure work is delivered on time and meets quality, compliance, and business expectations
  • Monitor delivery performance, remove execution blockers, and manage tradeoffs between scope, schedule, cost, and risk
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency, transparency, and operational effectiveness

Stakeholder & CrossFunctional Leadership:

  • Serve as a primary point of coordination for business leaders, product managers, engineering teams, compliance partners, and external stakeholders
  • Communicate program status, risks, financials, and key decisions clearly and consistently to leadership and delivery teams
  • Facilitate alignment on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and decision criteria within a matrixed organization

Financial & Vendor Management:

  • Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, vendor costs, and impacts of scope or directional changes
  • Act as a steward of capital and operating expense investments
  • Partner with finance, procurement, and vendor management teams to ensure contractual compliance and vendor performance

QE (Qualified Entity) Program Responsibilities:

  • Lead daytoday execution of QErelated program activities, including certification maintenance and renewal timelines
  • Coordinate QEspecific audits, documentation, and evidence collection across technology, data, legal, and compliance teams
  • Ensure QE data use, access controls, and delivery processes align with regulatory approvals and data use agreements
  • Act as an experienced point of contact for QErelated program risks, issues, and escalations

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of handson experience leading complex technology or data programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery teams
  • Demonstrated experience delivering regulated healthcare data or technology initiatives within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem (e.g., claims, clinical, eligibility, payer, provider, or consumer health data)
  • Proven experience managing programs that include regulatory, privacy, security, or certification requirements (e.g., audits, attestations, regulatory submissions)
  • Experience coordinating work across product, engineering, data, compliance, legal, and vendor teams in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant technology or healthcare industry experience
  • Experience supporting largescale healthcare data platforms or analytics ecosystems
  • Exposure to QE or similar certificationbased regulatory programs
  • Experience coordinating audits, regulatory submissions, or compliance reporting activities
  • Solid execution leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
