The Transplant Nurse Coordinator for the Pre-Kidney and Pancreas Tranplant Service is responsible for the care coordination of 200-250 pre-kidney and pancreas transplant recipients. This role involves triaging of calls, attending and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team, attending evaluation clinic each week, colalborating with the living donor kidney transplant team, prior authorization for testing, pre-transplant education and support, post-operative care education, reviewing labs, collaboration of consults and consents, and pre-transplant counseling and support. Salary Range: Minimum 46.57/hour - Maximum 72.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
