Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Power BI) for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity. In this role, the candidate will consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives. The position requires an expert in Power BI reporting with deep experience in data analysis and curation, specifically focusing on IT data for a large, complex effort. You will review and analyze multifaceted software engineering challenges and contribute to their resolution. Responsibilities: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel Requirements: 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education Expertise in Power BI reporting related engineering Deep data analysis and curation experience for IT data and information Pay range: $70.00 - $79.00 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
