Genesis10 is currently seeking an API Services Support Engineer for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is part of an API Services team providing 24x7 support for a global platform. The Support Engineer will provide frontline coverage and will also have opportunities to design, build, and maintain MuleSoft/TIBCO-based integration and API platforms. This position requires working in shift coverage, which may include one weekend day. Responsibilities: Provide frontline support coverage for the platform Design, build, and maintain MuleSoft / TIBCO based Integration and API platforms Translate requirements into infrastructure design, build, and perform QA/QC tests Work with new clients to onboard them to the MuleSoft platform, helping to set up CI/CD routines, configure runtimes, and assist with performance testing Set up monitoring, troubleshoot environment issues on Linux and Windows, and manage access Requirements: Hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Experience developing large-scale integration and API solutions using MuleSoft and/or TIBCO Experience creating RAML and SWAGGER based API contracts and mocking services Experience with API Management, ARM, Exchange, and Access Management modules of PCE Experience creating custom policies and custom connectors Experience deploying API/Microservices using various modes including ARM, Containers, and Cloud Development skills/tools: Java/J2EE, Eclipse, Unix Shell Scripting, ANT, Jython/Python, .Net, Powershell Experience with CI/CD practices and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible / Tower) Experience with SDLC development processes (Waterfall, Agile, Lean) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally, Git) Hands-on Linux/Unix and Windows experience for setting up and troubleshooting MuleSoft environments Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture / Microservices Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Willing to learn new technologies Desired skills: At least one active MuleSoft Certification Experience with other middleware technologies Experience with tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Maven Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
