Location Washington DC - Washington DC, DC 20001 US (Primary) Category Information Technology Job Description * CONTINGENT UPON AWARD * The Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Navy network modernization, cybersecurity, and infrastructure programs. This role ensures alignment with Department of the Navy (DoN) strategies, compliance with relevant standards, and effective coordination across technical teams, government stakeholders, and industry partners. Key Responsibilities * Support Navy network leadership and their initiatives, overseeing a team of cross functional specialists. * Serve as the primary interface between government customers, cross-functional engineering teams, and leadership. * Conduct regular program reviews, prepare status reports, and deliver presentations to senior leadership. * Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues; implement corrective action plans as needed. * Develop statements of work, support contract modifications, and manage subcontractor performance. * Promote continuous improvement and standardization across Navy network program activities. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT, network, or defense-related programs. * Experience supporting U.S. Navy or DoD programs, ideally involving network infrastructure or cybersecurity. * Strong understanding of DoD acquisition, Navy network environments, and RMF processes. * Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs. * Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. * Active Secret security clearance. PMI certification preferred.
