Customer Support Specialist - Tuition Assistance Programs *Pay Rate:* $18.75/hour
*Location:* Broomfield, CO (Onsite Training, Hybrid/Remote Potential After 90 Days) *Schedule:* Monday-Friday | Between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM *About the Role* Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others navigate important decisions, and working in a structured, policy-driven environment? Bright Horizons is hiring *Customer Support Specialists* to support *EdAssist*, a tuition assistance benefit program that helps employees reskill, upskill, and pursue education with confidence. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for participants who rely on you to access tuition benefits that can be worth several thousand dollars. Every interaction matters, and quality is key. *What You'll Be Doing* As part of a high-performing contact center team, you will: * Support participants via inbound calls (approximately 30-40 per day) * Assist with: * Website login and navigation issues * Submitting documentation for tuition reimbursement * Auditing documentation and identifying missing or incorrect information * Policy-based questions from participants new to the benefit * Navigate 1-3 systems simultaneously (CRM, email, internal tools) * Clearly explain policies and next steps with accuracy and empathy * Professionally manage escalated or frustrated callers * Thoroughly document each interaction with precision and consistency This is a *detail-oriented, process-driven role* where policies are clear but require thoughtful application and confident communication. *What We're Looking For* *Must-Have Qualifications* * 1-2+ years of customer service or administrative experience * Comfortable working across multiple systems at once * Previous experience in banking (Teller, Personal Banker) or healthcare administration is highly valued * Strong independent troubleshooting skills * Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy * Ability to handle sensitive, high-value conversations professionally * Emotional resilience and confidence when handling difficult calls * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic *Nice-to-Have Experience* * Background in college admissions or education-related roles * Previous college or higher education experience * Demonstrated emotional intelligence in sensitive customer interactions *Why Bright Horizons* Bright Horizons has been recognized numerous times by FORTUNE as one of the *"100 Best Companies to Work For"*, known for its inclusive, supportive, and high-performing culture.
