Responsibilities

  • Work closely with R&D Engineers to support the development, validation, and testing of new products from early prototype through production release.
  • Execute test plans, characterization, and validation activities to verify product performance, reliability, and compliance with design requirements.
  • Build, configure, test, troubleshoot, and rework prototypes and preproduction hardware.
  • Identify, document, and communicate test results, defects, and observations clearly to engineering and crossfunctional teams.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts by assisting with design verification testing, process development, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing, including failure analysis, yield improvement, and troubleshooting of production issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve test procedures, work instructions, and documentation to ensure repeatable and efficient testing processes.
  • Operate and maintain lab equipment, test fixtures, and measurement tools in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement in product performance and manufacturability.
  • Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and traceability throughout the product development lifecycle.

* The ability to work in an ESD environment.

* The ability to bring concerns up though a standardized chain of command.

* Ability to handle and process delicate materials in circuit or substrate form.

* Skilled hand-eye coordination is imperative for proper handling and movement of parts.

* Proficient computer skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skillsQualities

Pay Range:

USD $72,140.00 - USD $120,230.00 Year
