The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire an experienced Project Management professional to lead a portfolio of high-impact clinical research initiatives focused on substance use disorders and related conditions. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of complex studies-driving project execution, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing innovative research in psychosocial, pharmacological, and behavioral interventions. The position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading investigators, federal partners such as the NIH, and multidisciplinary teams across academia and healthcare to deliver meaningful, real-world impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader with strong experience in research operations, grant development, and stakeholder engagement. In addition to managing study design, data oversight, and human subjects compliance, this individual will contribute to grant writing, scientific publications, and the growth of a robust research program.
