This is a 1 year contract with the possibility of extension and/or conversion to a career appointment. Position Summary The Digital Design Studio (DDS) Inquiry Support Facilitator collaborates with the DDS Demonstration Teacher, school administration, and classroom teachers to cultivate an engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment for students ages 4-12 at UCLA Lab School. The role supports the planning and implementation of innovative, inquiry-based learning experiences within the Digital Design Studio. Partnering with classroom teachers, the facilitator promotes cross-curricular connections with an emphasis on social justice and inclusive educational practices. UCLA Lab School, part of the School of Education and Information Studies, is a research-driven demonstration school serving approximately 450 students ages 4-12. The facilitator identifies, evaluates, and utilizes instructional resources and technologies that enhance teaching and learning within the Digital Design Studio. Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common.
